James Franco's 'Zeroville' Gets Distribution Deal
LOS ANGELES - The North American distribution rights to James Franco's "Zeroville" have been acquired by Alchemy, the company has announced.
The film, which Franco wrote, directed, and stars in with Megan Fox, Seth Rogen, Craig Robinson, Danny McBride, Jacki Weaver, Joey King and Dave Franco will release next year. James Franco and Vince Jolivette are producing via their Rabbit Bandini Productions banner, along with Caroline Aragon and Michael Mendelsohn.
"Zeroville" is an adaptation of Steve Erickson’s 2007 novel about a young man who's obsessed with filmmaking in 1969 Hollywood.
